This all began in 1971, when Roberto Castillón Enrech started out in the rubber industry. More than five decades later, the company that bears his name is a European leader in the extrusion of technical profiles and tubes.
We work to ISO 3302-1.E2 tolerances, ensuring the dimensional accuracy required by the most demanding sectors. Each profile is measured and checked as it leaves the extruder using automatic control systems.
We have experience with a wide range of elastomers: NBR, EPDM, silicone, FKM, NR and SBR. We manufacture profiles with complex geometries tailored to each customer’s technical specifications, assessing the feasibility of each project based on the material, geometry and required tolerances.
We use two complementary technologies that enable us to cover a wide range of applications:
Melt-salt vulcanisation for EPDM compounds using peroxide. Ideal for drinking water, food and pharmaceutical applications. Provides a non-porous surface and uniform heating.
A versatile and efficient system for all types of geometries and finishes. Improves the adhesion of rubber to other materials.
Our processes incorporate an automatic measurement, control and regulation system at the extruder outlet and at the outlet of the furnace line. Monitoring is continuous, from the start to the end of each operational process.

(Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) — In-house certification for products that come into contact with drinking water. We are one of the few extrusion companies with our own ACS certification.
