TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS

We analyse the customer’s drawing or specification and assess the feasibility of the profile: material, geometry, tolerances and the optimal vulcanisation process. We develop the extrusion die and validate the prototype prior to mass production.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

Production of rubber profiles and tubes with complex geometries in a range of elastomers: NBR, EPDM, silicone, FKM, NR, SBR. Tolerances in accordance with ISO 3302-1.E2. Production capacity of 2,000 tonnes per year across four continuous extrusion lines.

ADVICE ON MATERIAL SELECTION

We recommend the most suitable elastomer and vulcanisation process based on the operating conditions: temperature, chemical agents, pressure and applicable regulations.

QUALITY CONTROL AND CERTIFICATION

Automatic measurement, control and regulation system throughout the entire production line. Real-time monitoring via the MES system. In-house ISO 9001 and ACS certifications.

INTERNATIONAL EXPORTS

Export service operating since 1991. Commercial presence in Europe, South-East Asia and Mexico. Comprehensive documentation management for international operations.
